High Speed Automatic PET stretch blow-molding machine
1. The blow style of revolving has the advantages of quick speed and high efficiency. The qualified products can reach by over 99.5%.
2. SIEMENS¡¯ controllers are adopted in the electrical control system, resulting its high precision and quick response.
3. The blow systems are quipped with the Germany blow valves / cylinders, enabling the stretch speed stable and exact, and the products in good consistency.
4. The special designed robot can automatically deliver / take out the preforms quickly and exactly.
5. PHILIPS infrared-ray lamps are used in the heating systems, which insures a good performance in heating and durability.
6. The heating systems are under the automatic feedback offset control, making temperature distribution inside the heating furnace in good consistency, and heating of the performs stable.
